JCILLC is both a church and school reaching out to the poorest of the poor here in the Philippines giving quality education for a very minimum amount. The teachers and church workers are only given honorarium for their service. It is only because they love these children and have heard Christ call through teaching that they decided to offer there life to this kind of service.
