Jail Ministry
Chaplain Howard Loveless is Inmate Chaplain at Habersham County Detention Center which is located in Clarkesville, Georgia. This requires ministry and the administration of approx. 50 volunteers who minister in the Detention Center on a monthly or quarterly basis. Through the support of the jail administration we are able to conduct quarterly Baptisms and the Lord's Supper on a continous basis. We are also conducting a 12 step recovery program within the Detention Center called Celbrate Recovery Inside.
Prison Ministry
Chaplain Howard Loveless is also a co-ordinator with the Bill Glass, Champions for Life Ministry which conducts Weekends of Champions and Days of Champions ministry events, in state and federal prisons, across the country on a weekly basis. Chaplain Howard is able to take some of the jail volunteers to these events when they are geographicly scheduled within a days drive of N.E. Georgia and the expense funds are available.
