THE VISION OF BRIGHT STAR MINISTRY

The vision that God has placed in my heart for this ministry is as follows: It is to reach out to our seniors that are in the hospitals and nursing homes. Because I think that society has really forgotten them. My vision also is to reach out to our young men, and women because this generation is really dying out. I remember growing up and hearing it takes a village to raise a child and that saying is so very true. And when you look at this word it gives you a vision of what this word is about. Village is a group of peolpe who cares about the children in that setting. They tap into each other's resources to help out, and they respect each other. That is also the vision of this ministry to truly respect each other without saying anything negative about the person. I want what God has again placed in my heart to be a rainbow experience in that color has no place has no place in this ministry. My main concern is about the person who has the skin, and what lies beneath the skin which is the soul that lies therein. My main objective is to show you what you can do for God and still have fun in serving Him. This is just the tip of the iceberg. So please join with me to worship and praise God for sending his son to die for you and me so that we may forever be free from sin that has plagued you and me. Second Corinthians 5:17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.

THE STATEMENT OF FAITH

We believe the Bible to be the inspired and only infallible written Word of God. We believe that there is one God eternally existent in Three Persons: God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. We believe in the Blessed Hope, which is the rapture of the Church of God, which is in Christ at His return. We believe that the only means of being cleansed from sin, is through repentence, and faith in the precious Blood of Jesus Christ. We believe that regeneration by the Holy Ghost is absolutely essential for personal salvation. We believe that the redemptive work of Christ on the cross provides healing for the human body in answer to believing prayer. We believe that the baptism in the Holy Ghost, according to Act 2:4 is given to believers who ask for it. We believe in the sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling, the Christian is enable to live a holy and separated life in this present world. Amen. Because I really feel that it is very important in our lives. This is about God. A lot of times in our lives we look to God to help us out of what is going on in our lives, but we don't want to do anything for God. I'm putting a call out to all people who are not afraid of showing other people just how important God is in their lives. When we get in trouble we call on the name of Jesus the son of God. But what have we done for Jesus? Have we praised him? Have we just went to our secret closet and prayed to him? God and his son wants to hear from us every day and not just when we are in trouble. God wants a relationship with all of us. But do we want one with him? God is special this is true, and when we need him, he has always been there for you. God is also wonderful. And he of above all others really does love you. What does love have to do with it? Everything because out of his love God sent his only begotten son to die for you and me so that we will always be set free.I pray that one day we give God the respect that we give man. I pray that what follows will be a blessing to you. It is another poem from my book. It is entitled: "TO BASK IN THE PRESENCE OF YOU" To bask in the presence of you, is what I have always wanted to do. For in doing this I will always be close to you. To bask in the presence of you, is a dream come true for all of those that want to be around you. To bask in the presence of you, is wonderful this is true, and I never want to lose sight of you. To bask in the presence of you, is for all the world to see just how truly wonderful your presence can be. To bask in the presence of you, is to have a light that will always shine in you so that others will want to be just like you. To bask in the presence of you,is to have the light of life that died for you to always reside in you. To bask in the presence of you, is for me to light the spirit that lives in me so it will shine through where others will want to bask in the presence of you. Psalm 9:3 When mine enemies are turned back, they shall fall and perish at thy presence.Psalm 16:11 Thou will shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore. Psalm 51:11 Cast me not away from thy presence; and take not thy holy spirit from me. Hebrews 9:24 For Christ is not entered into the holy places made with hands, which are the figures of the true; but into heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God for us.
