What is Ziggy Soul's Children Outreach Ministry?

This is a ministry started by Jamaican gospel singer Ziggy Soul. "If you come to Trenchtown, Jamaica, where 'born again' Ziggy now lives, you will most likely find him working with other christian in giving support and assistance to children at the Rema Reding Center, a library and recreational facility for the children of this extremely poor area". Our ministry is a non-profit christian organiztion that gives assitance with remedial education, councelling, food and clothing and financial aid. Our orgnization is fairly new in its outreach ministry and we are in need of your help and support in helping these children experience the love of Jesus. Our mission is "to show children enough love as much as possible, to build their trust with us so we can lead them to our Lord Jesus Christ."

How can I help?

It is most encouraging to hear believers asking 'What can I do to help?. First and foremost we need your prayers. We also would appreciate your support in the form of any financial, physical or other contribution you may be able to give. Food and school items are in great need. We need sponsorship for a child's education. The cost of sponsorships, including tuition, meals and books, is:
High school student: J$2000 or US$40 or £26 per month
Remedial student: J$1500 or US$30 or £20 per month
A remedial teacher J$8000 or US$160 per month(by sponsoring a teacher at least 20 children can be educated at our centre.)
