C.A.R.E.(Christian Adoptions Resources and Encouragement) is a not for profit organization dedicated to bringing adoptable children into Christian homes. It is our belief that God has called His church to care for the orphans (James 1.27). In accordance with this, it is our hearts desire and mission to fulfill the Biblical mandate set forth in James 1.27 by helping both orphaned children and Christian families to unite in a spirit of adoption and form forever families. Specifically, our goals are to
1) raise , collect, and distribute funds to assist in the adoption costs incurred by Christian families. 2) educate and encourage Christians within churches (bodies of believers) and on an individual basis concerning adoption. 3) provide resources for Christians interested in adopting or promoting and or sponsoring adoption.James 1.27 declares that "pure religion, " also translated "act of worship," is to "care for" or commit to keeping orphans. Sadly in our world today many children are abandoned, left without anyone to love them. The United States alone has over 120,000 children waiting for homes. Globally, orphaned children are innumerable and increase with disaster and war. We believe that every waiting child deserves a permanent Christian home. Thus, these children can learn of their Heavenly Father who will never leave nor forsake them. To accept a child into a family and give that child all of the love and care due a full heir is nothing less than what our Father God has done for us.
Please consider allowing us to share our passion for these children with your church body. Our presentation includes an examination of the Bible as well as an introduction to C.A.R.E. and our mission as a foundation. Make no mistake, the need is desperate. Indeed, if Christians do not step up and shoulder the responsibility, these children will grow learning values which are in direct opposition to the will of God.
