A hand up not A hand out

The D Street Drop In Christian Outreach Center, offers and alternative place for the adults and youth or the community to spend time. We make available Arts&Crafts, Games, Christian Videos, Free Meals and Refreshments. Groceries and Clothing Emergency Shelter, and Help to Stranded travelers. We try to help in the emergency physical needs and the emotional and spiritual needs of every individual that drops in at "The Drop In" We make available to all a headquarters for help and refferal to other organizations and ministries in local and surrounding areas. We provide a place to aid people in restructuriong their lives and providing or locating appropriate means of aid in emergency situations.

OPEN DOOR AND OPEN HANDS ON A DAILY BASIS

The Drop In is available for all on a daily basis. We try to show the Love of Jesus in Action We do what we can with whatever is available or in our means to help those trying to help themselves. We try to be a "Hand Up not a Hand Out", and we desire to give as Jesus has given to us. We seek to do what the Lord has called us to do. To Love God with all of our hearts, souls, minds and strength. And to Love our neighbor as ourself. Our main purpose is to proclaim the Lord Jesus Christ, and the Good News of The Gospel. And to be used of the Lord to "Do good unto all men especially the Household of the faith" Our future vision for the ministry is a house for a Christian Mens Discipleship Program. Any financial, or material donations are graciously appreciated and financial Love gifts and prayers needed and accepted.
