Mission Statement
REFUGE Ministries is based on Psalm 46:1 "God is our refuge and strength,always ready to help in times of trouble." The Founder of REFUGE Ministries, Jeff Harshbarger, needed that scripture 20 years ago when he was delivered from satanism. Today many others need to KNOW that God is available in times of trouble. We are here to help! We are a ministry that is set up to talk things through when you feel as though no one understands or you feel alone. You aren't. We are here. We offer a place to stay, The Refuge, to those who need a place of solace and stability.
What we believe
We believe: JESUS CHRIST is alive and able to help us in whatever way that we need, The HOLY SPIRIT is available to fill the believer in order for the victorious life to be lived, The devil is defeated by the blood of JESUS
