Spreading the word of God like a Wildfire!!
In Matthew 19: 13 - 15 when Jesus placed His hands on the little children, He didn't just say a prayer, bless them and go on His way. He hung out with them for a moment, He touched them, and left an impact not only on those regarded as little children, but the disciples who stepped back and wanted no part of this activity. The little children of today are those who are deprived of knowing what it is to have a joyful family life, and those who are hardened by a society with little or no morals. Jesus left a direct, quick message to the Church in this short passage. Reach out to those who seem untouchable, and for theirs is the Kingdom of God!!
Providing Shelter in Stormy Times
Wildfire Minitries is an interdenominational outreach, providing quality Christian events, and activities with a Contemporary flair to and for all young at heart. We are made of of 5 different denominations which uphold the Trinity, and believe Jesus Christ is Lord. Our Scriptural Theme is taken from Proverbs 22: 6 - NIV - Train a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not turn from it. This is what we try to instill in young parents, and for those teens who don't have support from home, we encourage them not to hang on to their parents coat tails for spiritual guidance The population of teens in the world today is greater than the entire population of the world in 1950. WOW, what an opportunity, and simply put, there are more Teens now than any time in History that need to hear about Jesus.
