Who We Are

WELCOME!
Ranging from men and women ages 19-?? we make up the 80 voice strong Adult Celebration Choir. We meet every Wed. night from 7:30 -- 9:00 for something other than your typical choir rehearsal. We begin each evening with a time of sharing prayer requests with one another, followed by a deep time of prayer and commitment. This choir is truly one big family, where each memeber is able to share times of, not only great joy, but also the most difficult trials they're facing. Through the years this family has seen it's members become stronger in their faith, bring their families into the fellowship, and some have even devoted their life to full-time Christian Ministry. It's no doubt that this group of people is full of "Prayer Warriors" No matter what you're facing, you can be sure that there is someone praying for you, and there will always be several people you can always count on to be there for you.

OUR MUSIC
Our music is strong and our style is varied. Incorporated into our worship is a variety from praise and worship, to upbeat contemporary songs, and on around to "Good Ole' Gospel Singing" You are sure to find something that appeals to each generation. This past year we had the privalege of traveling to Columbia, SC for the annual Pastor's Conference, and performing a full concert. We are currently scheduled to perform the new "God For Us" in several other churches this fall. Our memebers vary from those who sing solos frequently to trios and quartets, and then the full choir who simply enjoy using their voices for praise in larger numbers. No matter which category you fit it, you can be certain of this one thing: It doesn't matter what kind of voice you have, how strong or how soft, If you are using it to the best of your ability for the sole purpose of glorifying Jesus Christ, He will be pleased, and will bless you and your ministry.
Psalm 150:6 says "Let everything that has breath say "Praise the Lord"
If you have air in your lungs, and Christ in your heart, you should always have a song of praise on your lips!

Our Leader:

Mitch Crow, along with his wife Amy, is in his fourth year as the Minister of Music to the Celebration Choir. The Lord will never let the righteous fall, and it is our belief that this family is truly who the Lord would have lead this fellowship. Mitch is a man of compassion, of concern, of joy, of encouragement, and most importantly, a Man of God. His enthusiasm is contagious, and you will instantaneously see Christ in his life. It will only take you a few minutes of being around him to think you've known him a life time. He is a family man and it's obvious in the smiles of his two precious children they have an unconditional love for each other. His wife Amy is extremely involved in the fellowship. Standing in the Gap where others turn away, she directs a kids worship each week and is very active in AWANAS. After all her duties as mother, wife of a minister, and church worker, she can be found at each rehearsal and performance lifting her voice right in the middle of the Celebration Choir. Mitch's voice is truly annointed and is a joy to hear. He has a special gift of drawing people into an attitude of worship and bringing people closer to Christ. A great sense of humor and a desire to make serving the Lord a great time, makes being in the Celebration Choir, a highlight to many lives each week.

Prayer Request: Mitch's surgery is scheduled for Aug. 3. We trust you will be in much prayer for Him and Amy along with us.
