Life with Jesus is a Life Worth Living
Making known to us the mystery (secret) of his will (of His plan, of His purpose). (And it is this:) In accordance with His good pleasure ((His merciful intention) which He had previously purposed and set forth in Him) Amplified Ephesians 1:9 The God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, that He may grant you a spirit of wisdom and revelation (of insight into mysteries and secrets) in the (deep and intimate ) knowledge of Him. By having the eyes of your heart flooded with light, so that you can know and understand the hope to which He has called you, and how rich is His glorious inheritance in the saints (His set apart ones). Amp. Ephesians 1:9,17,18
Restoration (Our Life in Christ)
Isaiah 62:1-3 The spirit of the Lord is upon me, because the Lord has anointed and qualified me to preach the Gospel of good tidings to the meek, the poor, and the afflicted; He has sent me to bind up and heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to (physical and spiritual) captives and the opening of the prison and of the eyes to those who are bound. To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord ( the year of his favor) and the day of vengence of our God, to comfort all who mourn, To grant (consolation and joy) to those who mourn in Zion--to give them an ornament ( a garlandor diadem) of beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment (expressive) of praise instead of a heavy, burdened, and failing spirit--that they may be called oaks of righteousness(lofty, strong, and magnificent, distinguished for uprightness, justice, and right standing with God) the planting of the Lord, that He may be glorified.
