ABOUT TERRY

Terry is a gifted worship leader with a powerful voice, dynamic piano skills and a keen sensitivity to the worship experience. He has over 24 years of experience. With the blessing of his home church in California, he left a full-time position in 1998 to start a new ministry of worship encouragement to churches around the country.

Terry can help as a one-time substitute worship leader, either by himself or working with an existing band. He is an excellent resource person for special events and weekend retreats.

Terry also leads seminars to build up and equip existing or new worship teams. He's a sensitive and insightful encourager of worship team members (vocal and piano skills) and church leaders.

Terry is available for special worship seminars and weekend guest worship leading.

THE VISION

The purpose of this ministry is to bring people to a personal encounter with God through a dynamic worship experience.

MISSION STATEMENT

To encourage, enhance and/or establish the local church in its Worship Ministry. To help the individual believer have a personal worship encounter with God. This is the essence of true Worship.

OBJECTIVES

1.To encourage the worship ministry by conducting one day or weekend seminars. The length and content are adjusted to suit the needs of the group.

2. In a church with no existing worship leader or team, Terry can identify potential leaders and team members and give them basic training.

3. Terry is also available to lead worship at conferences and special events.
