Tabernacle Christian Academy, founded in 1986, is sponsored by Independent Tabernacle Baptist.
With the philosophy to reach one child at a time, Tabernacle's main emphasis is a close
relationship with Jesus Christ.
Having certified teachers and the use of the "A Beka Curriculum," our graduates excel far above
the normal public school student. Having a smaller teacher-student ratio, one-on-one help is more
easlily provided.
Having a strong athletic program, our student-athletes can compete in competition, as well as
entering state and national tournaments. The academy provides J.V. Boys and Girls Basketball,
Varsity Girls Volleyball, Varsity Girls and Boys Basketball.
High School Electives include: Journalism, Newspaper Staff, Yearbook Staff,
Advanced Foreign Language, Evangelical Ethics and Etiquette.
