Laurie Vincent- singer/songwriter
Listening to Laurie Vincent convey her heart through her warm vocals and the songs that she writes, it is apparent that she pursues her gift with such aspiration. She is an artist who has well defined herself in her music and God's calling on her life. Laurie has had a track record for touching people's lives with her ministy since she began her music ministry at the age of sixteen. A winner of a local talent search and several P.A.O.C talent searches as a youth, have played a part in the growth of her talent over the years. Opening a concert forthe Torchmen quartet, and being labeled as the "little girl with the big voice" in a newspaper are just some ofthe highlights that have lead to her recording, "When You Reached In My Heart" Her recording is receiving radio air play across Ontario Canada, and the title song was chosen to be a part of a Canadian Compilation by C.C Harvey Enterprises. She has also opened in concert for Mike Failla, the worship tent leader for Kingdom Bound, at his request. Laurie's vocal styles are very flexible and her musci varies from light contemporary, pop/soft rock and contemporary inspirational. She is very sensitive to her audience always appropriately choosing the songs that she sings for festivals, church services or concerts. ....... PRESENTLY ANTICIPATING THE RELEASE OF A BRAND NEW RECORDING AT THE CLOSE OF 1998.
