Evaluations Should Not Hurt!
The Minister's Institute offers performance evaluations and compensation reviews for ministers and churches. These reviews are objective, confidential and insure that the minister is being assessed fairly and supported adequately.
The review process is simple for participating churches. They simply supply up to 30 names of members they choose to participate in the evaluation. The Institute will forward the assessments, collect, compile and forward the review with compensation data to participating churches.>BR
Participation is Easy!
Contact the Institute at either its postal or email address and a information and registration packet will be forwarded. This packet will explain the details of how you can begin to conduct performance evaluations that help make a difference in ministry>BR
