TIFPEC brings the Word of God to millions of people, in every country in the world.
Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
A liberal Christian freedom has to be understood in four regards:
(1) freedom from doctrinal fixations;
(2) freedom to accept biblical tradition on the line of the spirit;
(3) freedom of conscience, religious liberty: and
(4) "freedom to encounter people of other faiths in the desire of learning and without anxiety; with the purpose to get familiar with each other and to understand each other; in the mutual attitude of openness to the unconditional ground of truth".
I wish the active participation of the whole Church (bishops, clergy, and laity) in every aspect of the Church's life.[Man] must be liberated from fixation upon his own subjective needs and compulsions, and recognize that he cannot fully become himself until he knows his need for the world and his duty in serving it. In bare outline, man's service to the world consists not in brandishing weapons to destroy other men and hostile societies, but in creating an order based on God's plan for his creation, beginning with a minimum standard for a truly human existence for all men. Living space, law and order, nourishment for all, are basic needs without which there can be no peace and no stability on earth. This Church practices basic Christian traditions offering open Communion to all baptized Christians. Just as Christ sacrificed his life for us to reconcile the world to himself, those who claim to follow him must make sacrifices as they carry out the work of reconciliation.
The International Free Protestant Episcopal Church is part of the one, Holy, Catholic, and Apostolic Christian Church. It follows the belief, tenets, teachings and practice of early Christians. It has no property and does not want to have more than is necessary for the securing of basic needs. The word "Free" in the name of the church expresses the spirit of originality, openness and confidence - the spirit of the first Christian communities.
We claim to be The (old and true) Free Protestant Episcopal Church of the days of its founding and we claim an unbroken historical connection through the Reformation, the Church of England, with the Church of Christ from the earliest Christian era.
MY EPISCOPAL SEE MONROVIA, LIBERIA
is still under the jurisdiction of THE INTERNATIONAL FREE PROTESTANT EPISCOPAL CHURCH and we keep up the Liberian connection!
To all, regardless of religious or ethnic affiliation, it is our hope that we may all experience peace and hope during this season and throughout the year.
OFFICE OF THE BISHOP PRIMUS:
This Church is wholly under the spiritual jurisdiction of the Bishop Primus and Canonical obedience is required according to our canonical law. It has been a custom since our Church was founded for all Bishops to inform the Bishop Primus of all their diocesan activities on at least a monthly basis. This is required by our Ecclesiastical Constitution.
Rector: The Most Reverend Horst-Karl F. Block,DD,LLD,PhD,AED(LBR)MCoT,Lond.
Xth Bishop Primus of The International Free Protestant Episcopal Church and University 1897, and St. Andrew's Ecumenical Church Foundation. The International Free Protestant Episcopal University retained its original constitution as from 1897.
By our Ecclesiastical Law the Church has the right to erect and to supervise universities which contribute to a higher level of human culture, to a fuller advancement of the human person and also the fulfillment of the Church's teaching office. No university or faculty which has not been erected or approved by the Bishop Primus can grant academic degrees which have canonical effects in this Church. For his own diocese the local ordinary has the right to name or approve teachers of religion and likewise to remove or to demand that they be removed if it is required for reason of religion or morals. Beside this, the Church has also the right to establish and supervise schools of any discipline,type and grade whatsoever. Our academic degrees (honouris causa) and our decorations are only to be confered on representatives of our/other Churches, who had rendered exeptional service to our Church and to the cause of Christian unity,and specially to strenghten the relation between these Churches, Universities and the Free Protestant Episcopal Church. In today's Liberia, the Christian church remains the people's only hope. Mine and our resources are limited. But minister we must.I want to reopen schools and we must therefore provide educational and recreational facilities, or else, they might give in to the temptations of crime, prostitution, drug and alcohol abuse, and warfare. Reopening some schools in strategic locations around the world must be our aim. This will be also a great contribution of ours to Liberia's peace process.
" It is our desire to unite with Ministers of all denominations in Fellowship and invitation is extended to all Ministers of Christ to join in Ministerial Association with The International Free Protestant Episcopal Church." This was the dream of our late Bishop Primus Dr Charles Dennis Boltwood.( RIP )
Avoid foolish controversies and genealogies and arguments and quarrels about the law, because these are unprofitable and useless. Warn a divisive person once, and then warn him a second time. After that, have nothing to do with him. You may be sure that such a man is warped and sinful; he is self-condemned.
The following are removed from ecclesiastical office by virtue of the law itself:
1. one who has lost the clerical state;
2. one who has publicly defected from the catholic faith or from communion with this Church.

I'd like the memory to be a happy one-
I'd like to leave an after glow of
smiles when life is done.
I'd like to leave an echo softly
whispering down the ways-
of happy times and laughing
times and bright and sunny days.
I'd like the tears of those who
grieve to dry before the sun-
of happy memories that I leave...
when life is done.
