We offer a full schedule of Sunday School classes for all ages, regular Sunday morning worship. Fall and Spring evening Bible studies, active groups for men and women, a strong commitment to community and world outreach and mission, an many special opportunities including Chancel Choir, and education nursery during Sunday School and worship, family Sundays, regular fellowship trips to places and events of interest and much more. We care about Jesus Christ and His message of salvation, about the Bible as the inspired word of God for each individual as that individual works out his or her relationship with God, and about your family and your part in the family of faith. We place special emphasis on activities which bridge the "generation gap", activities such as Family Sundays which involve the whole family of the church. On these special Sundays and at other times, our senior adults can be seen working with our younger children on service projects. Because we are often brought to faith through the working of God's Spirit as we see the family of family members, Sunday School teachers and others, this church makes an effort to create a program which calls us all to share our faith. Windsor's a terrific place to live and worship. Just as we can't make a truly faithful witness without being an active member of a local church, so we won't reflect the love of God brought to all the world unless we understand that our local church is a part of the church of Jesus Christ on all the earth. If you live in Windsor or are considering moving into our community, we invite you to be an active part, not just of our local church, but of the church the "one foundation" brought to all the world. <br> <br><hr><h3>What Is A Christian Church (Disciples of Christ)</h3> The Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) is a religious movement started on the American frontier and based on the belief that Jesus Christ unites all faithful Christians. Ours is a free church which finds it strength to love in its diversity, and in its faith in the Lord God, the One we know in Jesus. We practice open membership and we invite all to the Communion table every Sunday. While we baptize by immersion at the age of accountability, we accept into membership with our rebaptism people poured, sprinkled or immersed as infants or adults. On joining, baptized Christians are asked, "Do you reaffirm your faith, stated at another time and place, that Jesus Christ is Lord and Savior of the world and of your life?"
