Our vision is to serve our community to the fullest. We are called to carry out the great commission in Matthew 28:19 "Go ye, therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and the of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost.”<br>
We will build God's church by becoming an:<br> Oasis of Love<br> a Christ-Governed Word Church<br> a Believer's Bible Training Center<br> and an Evangelistic Outreach Center.<br><br> Through these avenues, we will compel men, women, girls, and boys to come and upon receiving them we will be able to serve, educate, equip and establish sound doctrine in their souls, minds and body. (Romans 12:1)<br>In return, disciples and laborers will be produced for the harvest that is so plenteous.
We will establish Christian outreach posts throughout the village of Port Chester.

Bethel's Belief Statement</b>

<B>The Bible: We believe that the Bible is the final authority in all matters pertaining to Christian faith and practice.<br><br>
<b>God:</b> We believe there is only one living and true God, perfect, infinite and eternal.<br><br>
<b>Man:</b> We believe that man was created by God but has alienated himself from God and is in need of reconciliation.<br><br>
<b>Jesus Christ:</b> We believe that God became man in the person of Jesus Christ and that Jesus Christ is both completely divine as well as completely human.<br><br>
<b>Holy Spirit:</b> We believe that the Holy Spirit is the third person of the Trinity and that He empowers us for life and service.<br><br>
<b>Salvation:</b> We believe that through the gift of Jesus' death on the cross our rebellion can be forgiven, and through repentance and faith in Jesus Christ we can be reconciled to God.<br><br>
<b>The Church:</b> We believe that the Church is universal and that it is manifested locally through companies of Christ followers, meeting together as the "Bride of Christ.<br><br>
<b>Ordinances:</b> We believe that both Baptism and The Lord's Supper are visible signs of the realities of salvation. We are commanded to observe them, but we do not depend on them for salvation.<br><br>
<b>Last Things:</b> We believe that Christ will return at God's appointed time.</FONT></font face="Lucida Calligraphy">
