BLESSINGS FOR DIANE PATTERSON
As delighted as we are that her prayers have been answered and she has obtained a great new position with Thermo Electron-Laboratory Equipment Division in Asheville, NC, we will miss her so much on many levels! Diane has been a devoted church member, a loyal member of the Altar Guild, participant as a Worship Assistant, and a most extraordinary council member and treasurer. We send her off to her new life with love and best wishes. We will have a reception to say fond goodbye to Diane between services on Sunday, July 17th.
CHANGING OF THE CHORD - PAT SULLIVAN IS LEAVING
Change often involves portions of happiness and sadness. With her new position as Director of the Pre-school for Trinity Methodist Church, our Choir Director and Pianist Pat Sullivan is working many long hours - too many to continue her Sunday's with us. We will be very sad to see her go but she promises to come and "sub". On the happy side, a very talented musician and vocalist, Linda Nichols, has felt called to join us here at Christ the King and will be continuing Pat's work, joining us on July 24th. We will have a reception to say food goodbye to Pat between services on Sunday, July 17th.

NEIGHBOR IN NEED
God has given us a special mission of outreach to a Lutheran family from Missouri. Mike Wicker is currently being held at the Greenville County Detention Center awaiting a court date. He is separated from his wife Diane, and their two sons. Pastor Marilyn has been visiting Mike and staying in touch with Diane. They would appreciate your prayers during this difficult time. You may send cards of encouragement to: Mike Wicker, Greenville County Detention Ctr., 20 McGee Street, Greenville SC 29601.
