The TPEC maintains a faithful witness to the doctrine, discipline, and worship of the Protestant Episcopal Church USA founded in 1789. The head of this Church is none other than the Lord Jesus Christ and the chief authority of this branch of His Body is His most holy Word. Our doctrine may be found in the Authorized(King James)Version of Holy Scripture, the inerrant Word of God, as expressed by the Thirty-Nine Articles of Religion. Our discipline may be found in the Constitution and Canons of the PECUSA c. 1956 revision, prior to the drastic errors introduced in recent amendments to Canon Law. Our worship is expressed in the historic Book of Common Prayer, 1928 revision. We hold with the doctrines of grace taught by our Protestant forebears and maintained by the evangelical witness of reformed believers throughout the world. We reject both the innovations of Anglo-Catholicism and the Charismatic movement as foreign to the faith of our fathers and historic Anglican formularies. We welcome in Christian fellowship and communion all like-minded believers and pray earnestly for the mystical Body of Christ throughout the world. Our congregations are independent and do not participate in ecumenical endeavours. We are not part of the Episcopal Church USA (ECUSA) or of the "continuing" Anglican movement. We welcome your enquiry. Galatians 2:20
