MISSION STATEMENT

THE SALVATION ARMY PROVIDES THE FOLLOWING SERVICES TO KOSCIUSKO COUNTY
Religious & Character Building Programs - Worship, fellowship and educational opportunities for all ages.
Alcohol & Drug Abuse Treatment - Referral provided for men to enter our program in Fort Wayne or South Bend.
Camping - For persons of all ages at our Camp & Conference Center in Bedford, Indiana.
Disaster Services - Providing assistance to families and emergency personnel in Kosciusko County.
Choice Pantry - Persons are allowed to choose items in the pantry to help in the event of an emergency or to supplement their monthly budget.
Kosciusko Worx - Addresses the needs of persons trying to obtain or retain employment by providing assistance for work related items such as safety shoes, glasses, etc.
Student Worx - Program providing shoes and clothing to students K-12 through referral from the school staff.
Angel Tree - Providing food, clothing and toys to families during the Christmas holiday as well as gifts to persons in Nursing Care facilities.
UNITED WAY FUNDED PROGRAM
Rent & Mortgage Assistance - Given to persons with past-due rent and mortgage bills.
The Salvation Army has partnered with the United Way Of Kosciusko County Since 1958.
