Archbishop William Champion serves as Metropolitan, and is the pastor of St. Albans Catholic Church-Anglican Rite in Houston. Most Reverend Louis Bernhardt is the Bishop of South Texas & Mexico. Bishop Louis also is the Executive Director of the Houston Minister's Referral Service, and the Internet Catholic Church. We are growing each year with over 5 new priests joining our church in the last recently. The new priests come from various religious backgrounds including the Roman Catholic, Episcopal, and Orthodox Churches. We use the Anglican Rite in our worship which dates back several hundred years.
