<H4>The Unity Mission Circle meets the second Tuesday of each month at 2:00
p.m. at the church. Hospital Chaplaincy trips are from 9 to 2:30.
<P>
<H4>The Nursery Committee will offer nursery service during Sunday School time
so all Moms can attend lessons. Coverage begins at 9:00.
<P>
<H4>Junior Church is available for children entering kindergarten through
second grade.Children younger than kindergarten can go to the nursery while
children in grade 3 and up should stay in the service with their
families.Every other week will be Junior Choir practice.
<P>
<P>
<H4>Nursery care is provided for all Sunday morning activities except choir
rehearsal.
<P>
<H4>Our facility is completely handicapped accessible.

<P><font size="4">DOCTRINAL STATEMENT</font><P>1. We believe the Bible
to be the inspired, authoritative Word of God, without error in the original
writing.<P>2. We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three
persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit<P>3. We believe in the deity of Jesus
Christ, His virgin birth, in His sinless life. He died on the cross a
sacrifice for our sins according to the Scriptures. He arose bodily from
the dead and ascended into Heaven to the right hand of the Father.
<P>
4. We
believe that for salvation of lost and sinful man, regeneration by the Holy
Spirit is absolutely essential. The ministry of the Holy Spirit is to
glorify the Lord Jesus Christ, to convict men, indwell, guide, instruct and
empower the believer for godly living and service<P>5. We believe that Satan
is a reality and personality, the enemy of God and tempter of man, and that he
shall be eternally punished in the lake of fire.<P>6. We believe that the
Lord's Supper and believers baptism by immersion are ordinances to be observed
by the Church. They are, however, not to be regarded as means of
salvation.<P>7. We believe that Jesus Christ is the Lord and Head of the
Church and the local church has the right under Christ to decide and govern
its own affairs.<P>8. We believe in the bodily resurrection of the dead; of
the believer to everlasting joy with the Lord; of the unbeliever to judgment
and everlasting punishment.<P>9. We believe that all who truly are born again
are kept eternally by God the Father for Jesus Christ.<P>10. We believe in the
imminent, bodily, personal, premillennial return of Christ in the rapture, to
take His body, the Church unto himself, and then return "with" His body to

<P>ORGANIZATION<P>The United Baptist Church of Dover-Foxcroft is an
independent organization of believers striving to be a "Christ-centered,
Bible-believing, and mission-minded church"<P>In carrying out this goal, the
church has a Pastor, Deacon Board, Board of trustees, an Advisory Committee,
Clerk, and Moderator. Other committees may be established as needed.<P>
The officers are elected and committees are appointed at the annual meeting.
The duties of these boards and committees are explained in detail in the
by-laws of the church. <P>

CHURCH MEMBERSHIP<P>
Eligibility for church membership is contained in the By-laws, Article XVI.
Present total membership includes 150 non-resident and 125 resident members.
The Sunday morning average
attendance is 200. There is a diversity of ages with most of the active
members living within a 20-mile radius of the church. The church
membership records are in good order and are kept by the Church Clerk.

CHURCH BUILDING<P>
The church has a balconied sanctuary with a seating capacity of 275.
Attached to the sanctuary is a large fellowship room, kitchen, library and
nursery. Six separate classrooms and a pastors study/office are located
on the second floor. The parsonage is adjacent to the church and has
been well kept. The church considers the parsonage a home for the pastor
and his family, and their privacy is respected.<P>

<H4>Do you know Christ? Are you sure He's in your heart? Perhaps you've been
thinking,"I want to be sure I have peace with God. I want to be sure that I'm
ready for death. I want my sins forgiven. I want my guilt removed. I want to
be with Christ when he comes and sets up His Kingdom." It's all yours, and
it's free. You don't have to work for it. "For by grace are ye saved through
faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: not of works"
(Ephesians 2:8-9). Give your heart and life to Christ now. Do not put if off.

<H4>"O God, I am a sinner; I am sorry for my sin; I am willing to turn from my
sin. I receive Christ as Savior; I confess Him as Lord; I want to follow Him,
and serve Him and others in the fellowship of His church. In Christ's Name,
Amen."
