Who we are and what we do
We are a loving church reaching out to hurting people.
We welcome people from every walk of life and every age group.
The praise and worship ministry is excellent.Under a powerful anointing, Victory Band lead us in to high praises and into the throne room, setting the stage for good, solid teaching of the Word of God.
Our Pastor, Jan Owbridge, is a Bible Teacher who believes in 'telling it like it is'.
Her practical application teaching equips every believer for life and her understanding of the Grace of God enables her to reach out to love the unlovely.
On the last Sunday of every month we hold a Miracle Service, inviting anointed speakers to minister for us.
We meet on the last Wednesday before the Miracle Service to distribute tracts and invitations to the surrounding neighbourhood. We have seen many positive results from this monthly event.
Hampstead Bible College
Under the Victory Church International Charity is the Hampstead Bible College. This three year full time course prepares students for life and ministry, offering a certificate in Biblical Studies for first year, a Diploma of Biblical Studies in Second Year and a Diploma in Ministerial Studies in third year.
Full Time College is held daily from 9am to 1pm at our location in the heart of London, close to the River Thames, where students from many different nations come together under the Principalship of Rev. Jan Owbridge.
Part Time College is held from 7-9.30pm every Monday and Friday evening and covers, in its three years, the equivalent of the whole of first year and part of the second year full time.
PT college is suitable for everyone from housewives to ministers - anyone who finds it difficult to get away during the daytime.
For those who cannot attend college at all, HBC offers three years of Distance Learning on Audio Cassette. This is available in both UK and US (the tapes are mailes from US and the exam papers are marked in London)
Each year of the Distance Learning Program contains twelve modules for study, which consists of audio taped teachings, outlines for each lessons and an exam paper in a sealed envelope. Certificates are awarded on successful completion of each course.

HBC also offers courses in computers studies (the third year Bible College offers Computers for Ministry as part of the curriculum), in both PC-based and Apple Macintosh based packages.
The Lord has brought us a man of God, Osei Twumasi, who has recently retired from a secular college to come and head up our computer department. We are very excited by the ides that are beginning to reach fruition.
Studio 7 is our Graphic Design and Print Department, headed by Lance Khoury, who is able to produce professional brochures, logos, letterheads etc at low cost so we offer this service to ministries - especially those smaller ministries who are unable to pay the sort of prices charged in London for artwork!
There are many other inter-linked visions which make up Victory Church International, including our Missions Programme, which supports a Minister and Twelve churches in Malawi, Central Africa, one of the poorest nations on the African continent.
We are raising money to enable the pastor to have running water and electricity put in his village.
God is good and his mercy endureth forever.
