<td width="85%"><b> Greetings and God Bless! Welcome to the Word of Life Christian Center's new site! Paul Warf was born on January 26, 1963 and raised in Bangor, Maine. At the age of 19, he met his wife, Kim, and they were married on July 27, 1985. They have two daughters, Ashton and Amy.<br>
Paul received Jesus Christ as his savior in February of 1986 at the age of 23 and his life was transformed. Several years later, he began to sense the Lord’s leading to full-time ministry and enrolled in Faith School of Theology in Charleston, Maine, in 1992. In the spring of ‘94, Paul moved to Mesa, Arizona, to pursue further training at Victory Christian Center (now Life Changers Community Church). There, he completed a two-year ministry training course and entered into an internship program at the church. He later became an on-staff minister overseeing several areas of the church. Paul ministered weekly at a men’s half-way house and saw many receive Christ as their Savior and several to become a vital part of the ministry. Kim taught at Life Academy (a Christian school) for three years and also ministered weekly in a women’s half-way house.<br>
Paul and Kim served in the ministry for eight years. Paul felt the Lord impressing him to pioneer a church in his hometown of Bangor, Maine, that would be focused on raising up leaders and empowering men and women to fulfill God’s purpose in their lives.
In June of 2002, Word of Life Christian Center opened its doors to the community for the first time.
God has a plan for every believer and the Word of Life Christian Center is where you can discover that plan.<br>

We are pleased to announce an addition to our services! You can now come to The Word For Winners Class for adults starting at 9:30am. This class will be taught by Debbie and Bob McGowan. Child care is provided. Plan on coffee and donuts in the morning for all who attend the class! Our church is very excited about our praise and worship team. We have a full band that leads our Sunday morning worship service. We just recently added new members to our team and also alot of new equipment. Our worship team plays cutting edge music from many various artists. We are always looking for the right individuals to add to our team! We encourage the right individuals to excel in their talents and push their abilities further to grow more and more. Some of the artists we play are Clint Brown, Mercy Me, Third Day, Audio Adrenaline, Vineyard, Hillsong, Delirious, Jeremy Camp, Casting Crowns and many others.</p><br><a href="#top">Goto Top</a>

Our church also offers an excellent children’s ministry headed up by the Pastors wife Kim Warf. Our childrens ministry is growing and we have recently added new workers to the team. We thank God for the additions that we have just recently added. The children are taught basic principles and experience a fun and safe learning environment. We also provide a great nursery for infants which is headed up by Kim McGowan who is CPR and First Aid certified. This area has also been growing and we have just recently added new workers to this area as well! The children are a definate blessing to our church. Nursery and Children's Church is offered every Sunday and for most events held by the church. </p> <br><a href="#top">Goto Top</a></b>
