WHO ARE WE?
The Colorado River Church of Christ is a family 
of believers who seek to glorify Jesus Christ as King of Kings. We are not affiliated with a denomination and we desire to be a driving force in uniting all Christian churches. We are a small church that has taken on the big task of helping to shine God's light in our community. We teach that Christianity is a personal daily relationship with God and not necessarily organized religion.
In a spiritually dry land, come drink of the River of Life. Come visit the Colorado River Church of Christ.

QUESTION: "Who is Jesus Christ?"
ANSWER: He is God (John 1:1-3).
He is the Creator (Colossians 1:16).
He is the King of Kings (Revelation 17:14).
He has all authority (Matthew 28:18).
He died to redeem mankind (Colossians 1:19,20).
He even died for YOU! (Romans 10:9-11).

ANSWER: You must believe that Jesus is Lord and accept Him as Lord of your life (I Thessalonians 4:14; John 6:35; Romans 10:4).
You must turn away from sin (Acts 2:38).
You must outwardly profess your faith in Jesus (Romans 10:9).
You must be baptized in water (Mark 16:16).
You must submit to the control of the Holy Spirit (Galatians 5:25).
"The Lord is not slow in keeping His promise, as some understand slowness. He is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance." (2 Peter 3:9).

QUESTION: "What is the church?"
ANSWER: It is God's family (2 Corinthians 6:18).
It is spiritual, not physically discerned (1 Peter 2:5).
It is composed of all followers of Christ, regardless of denomination (Ephesians 4:4).
It is God's will that we overlook denominational differences and bring unity to the Christian community (Ephesians 4:11-13; Romans 15:5,6; Colossians 3:15).
