Joy Junction is New Mexico's largest emergency homeless shelter. We are a Christ-centered ministry, sheltering and ministering to homelss and abused women and homeless families. We attempt to get these desperate folks back on their feet again and reintegrated intro mainstream community life again as quickly as possible. The shelter is entirely supported by private donations, and receives no government funding. In addition, Joy Junction is not a United Way member. Shelter director Jeremy Reynalds is available for speaking engagements on a nationwide basis. His desire is that Christians nationwide should be involved in helping the homeless. Toward that end, Reynalds had his first book published which details his experiences in starting Joy Junction and also acts as a primer to assist others interested in starting a homeless shelter to do so.
