COVENANT HOUSE</h3>
Creating bridges to enable the Christian inmate to go from prison to the local church through biblical discipleship.

"I, the LORD, have called you in righteousness, and will hold Your hand; I will keep You and give You as a covenant to the people, as a light to the Gentiles, tto open blind eyes, to bring out prisoners from the prison, those whho sit in darkness from the prison house."

PURPOSE</h3>
The Covenant House provides affordable housing, for at least 14 months, in a homelike setting for Christian men upon their release from prison.
<P>
This fellowship and family-like environment is coupled with discipleship using biblical principles, and a mentoring program conducted by local church members.
<P>
Most prison ministries focus on meeting the spiritual needs of inmates while they are incarcerated.
The Covenant House focuses on meeting the spiritual and physical needs of male inmates when they are released into society. Most of these men possess nothing, very often not even a place to live.
