Doctrinal Beliefs

1. The Scriptures, Old and New Testaments, are the inspired Word of God (1 Tim. 3:16) 2. The God Head - Our God is a Trinity in unity, manifested in three persons - The Father, The Son, and the Holy Spirit 3. Man, His Fall, and Redemption 4. Salvation - Salvatin is made possible through the meritorious work of Jesus Christ on the cross and through the Holy Spirit conviction (Titus 2:11; John 3:3) 5. Water Baptism - Baptism in water is by immersion, a direct commandment of our Lord for believers only (Matt 28:19) 6. Baptism of the Holy Ghost is a gift from God. Received subsequent to the new birth; is accompanied with speaking in tongues (Matt 3:11) 7. Divine Healing - for the human body wrought by the power of God, through the prayer of faith, and by laying on of hands (Mark 16:18; James 5:14-15) 8. Second Coming - We believe in the imminent coming of the Lord as the blessed hope of the church (Mark 13:32).
