profitable organization established to put smiles in the faces of people who are less privileged. The Foundation helps in empowering widows by setting them up in small scale business. We ensure that the businesses yield profits; we do not give cash to start the business to avoid mismanagement of funds. The Foundation set up small scale business for them with means of livelihood. The purpose of setting them up is to alleviate poverty among widows and also to give them support. Joyful Smiles Foundation has been in this program for a very long time now and we have been able to reach out to the lives of so many widows. We discovered that many widows are facing lot of challenges in the society. Many find it difficult to send their children to school and therefore Joyful Smiles Foundation set up small scale business for them in other to alleviate the rate of poverty among widows in the society.
