About Us

Help a Sista' Out Ministries was founded in the Twin Cities in 2005 with the idea of helping women to rise above their circumstances. Life can sometimes throw you a blow that knocks you down and you find yourself not having the courage or faith to get back up again. Our endeavor is to reach out a helping hand to help pull our sista up and to show them a better way. Sometimes you just need someone to walk with you for support, teach you a different life and to pray you through.

The word of the Lord says, "Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn of me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burdens is light." Matt. 11:28-30

Although we are not Jesus we are His hands. God has brought us all out of something through His grace for us to go back and to minister His grace to someone else. That is what we do here at Help a Sista' Out Ministries.

Mission Statement

Providers support for women, assisting them in gaining self confidence and skills to improve in their personal lives, relationships with others, career and communication skills.

Personal development sessions will focus on helping women understand their purpose, self worth and their abilities through the eyes of GOD. Practical training and application of life skills will be key components to these sessions.
