Profile and Vision

Pneuma Baptist Ministries was Incorporated in 2018. It was initially Incorporated under the name Villa Baptist Church Incorporated in 2001. Our vision state is as follows - "Affirming the Reform Faith."

Executive Director and Presiding Elder

The Rev. Dr. Emanuel Elizée was ordained to the pastoral ministry on May 13, 1995. His academic preparation includes pre-seminary studies (Diploma in Theology—Barbados Baptist College) and earning a ministry degree (Bachelor of Religious Studies—Central Baptist Seminary, Toronto, Canada). Dr. Elizee has also earned a (Master of Divinity and a Doctor of Theology - Atlantic Coast Seminary, Daytona Beach, Florida).

His ministry experience includes service as Pastor of Meadowcrest Baptist Church (Whitby, Ontario), Secretary of the Fellowship of Baptist Churches, Central Lake Ontario Association (Canada), and his current role as Presiding Elder of the Villa Baptist Church (1996-present).
