MBS VISION FOR MISSION 

  • To Literate the Illiterates by divine education for not to taste the death with their own destruction ( 2Peter 3:16).
  • To snatch them from the fire and save them( Jude23 ).
  • And the things they heard and learned Bible say in the presence of many witnesses entrusting a men; making them to be a qualified to teach others.
  • Its not a vision to make preachers among the people, but rather to make strong members in the Church like a good soldier of Christ Jesus.
  • Special treatment to the poor & need in their medical expenses, school fees, Books and School uniforms.
  • HELPING TO BROKEN HEART, DESTITUTE, POOR and HIV Diseased.

Soldier of Christ

Vijaya Kumar Muppidi, who is about 35 now, became a Christian back in 1990 when he was about 14 years old. In four years from his conversion, he had established one congregation and to date he has established about 70 congregations through MBS programs. In Rajahmundry, which is in the state of Andhrapradesh, the congregation is about 50 and supports one congregation.

Vijaya Kumar Muppidi, a resident of Rajahmundry, serves as Founder and Principal for MBS.  He was born on 18th February, 1976 at Balabadrapuram,  East Godavari District of Andhrapradesh.

 He began his service to the Lord in 1996 by conducting Summer Vacation Camps and provide Correspondence Courses.  He completed his secular education High School Degree in 1991.   He completed his Community College Degree in 1993, its Bachelor Science Degree in 1996 with major Computer Science.  In 1999 he received his Master’s Degree in Computer Science.  He developed Bible Correspondence Courses in Telugu Language and conducted Seminar Classes from 1997 to 2000.

He served as the Principal of Visakha Valley Bible College till 2013. Very actively involved in the outreach programs and a good singer too. He has unfaithful wife.  He married to Swarupa Rani on 16th January, 2002.  And separated in February 2014 due to unmanner violence of her.  Now children are safe with VJ and things came to normal.

           Blessed with 3 children.  Elder daughter Queenie Akshaya (12 years) studying 7th Std., Younger daughter Renee Yashmitha (7 years) studying 3rd Std., and one and only son Samuel Joshua (4 years) studying Lower Kindergarten. Please pray for the family.

          In the Biblical education, he has obtained a 3-year diploma in Bible, from a distance learning school, that was supported by Piedmont Road Church of Christ, GA. currently finished his MA degree from BVBID extension school. He is very practical in  leading the young men and strengthening the congregations, his chief focus is on village evangelism.

      VJ is a eloquent translator; usually he assist missionaries interpreting their lessons into the mother tongue, telugu. He have extensive knowledge of the Scripture. He has the commitment that is spreading the gospel and serving the needy.

             Concerning the training in evangelism, it says in 2 Timothy 2:2, “The things which you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses, entrust these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also”.  Vijaya Kumar Muppidi has certainly carried out this admonition from the Scriptures and is still doing so. Four times a week, he travels to different areas and gathers the evangelists there to teach them the Scriptures and visit congregations to edify them by sharing fellowship and participating in their programs.

               One thing that was as it should be, but, nevertheless, quite AMAZING was that of the things he taught there, there was perfect unity of mind. Several of the preachers remarked to him, of their thankfulness for our unity on the Word of God.  At one point he discussed the subject of fellowship which he learned some good things from them, too. The age of the men ranged from the 20’s to the 60’s
