Minister Elizabeth Felder, Founder and President

A native of Long Island, New York,  is a Certified Human Behavior Consultant from the Leadership Institute of America.  She also is a gifted Speaker, Teacher, Entrepreneur and Author.  She is also a member of the Christian Women's Speakers Association and Women in Ministry Network.

 

Her mission is to encourage, edify, love and equip leaders of today to break free.  Having been in ministry for over 30 years, she has a passion to minister to Christians in ministry and see their lives transformed through the power of the Holy Spirit.

 

Purpose to Destiny is a gift-based ministry, inspired by Ephesians 4, means helping members not only discover their spiritual gifts, but also providing helpful structures to guide them into meaningful places of service where they may be fruitful and fulfilled.

 

Her Leadership Training Workshops provide just that structure. Through a series of Discovery Sessions with inventories and assessments, your members will discover

 

  • their personal spiritual gifts;
  • their passion (where they can best serve); and
  • their personal style (how they serve).

Individual consultations connect members with a ministry that "fits." She believes volunteers in the local church are its most valuable asset.

 

She will use talent development solutions to the challenges that often interfere with executing your strategy.  she is committed to using her talents, education, experience, and training--including certifications in consulting, assessments, and coaching --toward supporting the execution of the strategy to achieve your God-ordained vision.
