[ ABOUT US ]

We live today in a culture that is dominated by moral relativism and religious pluralism. In this world, matters of faith are regarded merely as personal values and no truth exists. This creates a complex situation for doing ministry and proves challenging for believers to stand firm in the convictions of the Christian worldview.

The SOCIETY FOR WOMEN'S ACTION and PROGRESS is an organization dedicated to equipping women to live effectively in the midst of this cultural predicament. Many kinds of ministries exist that are geared especially to women. They focus on a range of themes including fellowship, bible studies, self-esteem, marriage or being single, and motherhood. All of these areas are important and serve women in great ways. But women have today have another pressing need - to be students of God in a way that will help them to better assess the world in which they live.

Whatever our context, be it motherhood, education, corporate management, or retirement, we are all in a place to influence and to be influenced by the world around us. Therefore, it is crucial for women to be prepared for loving God in thought, word, and deed.

[ MISSION STATEMENT ]

The SOCIETY FOR WOMEN'S ACTION and PROGRESS(SWAP) focuses on a core part of the family, and society-- woman. Our mission is to contribute to her spiritual, physical, mental and moral maturation through social,Biblical, and worldview training.
