Galveston County Women Training Center Inc. Is a non-profit organization that was found by Monique Davis a graudate in Child Development.Her compassion, work the ladder in the child development field, to improve the quality and capabilities in her job fields hoping to gain experience for higher goal opportunities. She has worked with all age groups from daycare, to teaching with the school, foster parenting, working with special needs children, daycare director, and owner and women of domestic violence. Her main focus is how she can be a positive role model in Young people lives through a positive learning experience for children in a Christian environment.
She bases Galveston County Women Training Center Inc. efforts on caring for these people strictly on God's Word that states in Titus 2:4-5 "That they may teach the young women to ,love their children. To be discreet, chastle, keepers at home, good obedient to their own husbands, that the word God be not blashemed"and Proverbs 22:6 "Train a child in the way he should go when he is old he will not turn from it."
She has proven true dedication to her work, and have strive to meet the needs of the people that come to her for assistance in every way she can. Galveston County Women Training Center Inc. will provide bible based activities and lessons that teach spiritual truth in weekly meetings includes: Warm ups with games and relationships building activities and Pep talk featuring bibical object lessons, character studies, and testimonies from women serving God in thier vocations. Self Image Classes that helps build self-esteem, helps develop skills on Christian appearence, and Godly motives as it states in Matthews 23; 23-28, Computer Training Classes ( Basic Skills Only) Group or Individual Bases, Teens with Chhildren Training Up a Child, Gives hands on training to teens with children on caring for themselves as well as their babies, Professional counseling as well as spiritual counseling for teens and abused women. We must remember we all have encounter difficulties in our lives that we had to work through and God want us to be an encouragement to others. All God people is not just faced with financial problems. God blessed everyone with gifts and talents to help minister to his people what you have. It's so many ways you can be a blessing to others. Our vision here is that God be glorified in all that we do concerning his people. Our goal is to allow God to manifest himself in such a supernatural way that people know that it is a real God, and he's concern about his people. Together we can make a difference. Galveston County Women Training Center Inc. announce that the transitional living home will be opening up at two new location in LaMarque/ Texas City area. This project will begin in August 2008 our goal is to raise 275,000 to purchase two homes to place more single mothers with children. Your generous gift of any donation will assist us in our efforts to help more single mothers become college graduates, homeowners, business owners and successful parents. although, may never get an opportunity to meet these women face to face please know that your gift is creating a turning point for a mother and her children.

SERVICES
Since 2001, this outreach ministry has been operating in a home based setting offering services to unwed mothers and their children during a crisis in LaMarque/ Texas city, Texas and surrounding areas. We are committed to meeting the physical and emotional needs of female-headed households while promoting higher standard if living that will be passed from generation to generation. Galveston County Women Training Center Inc. will be place providing more than pampers, shoes or assistance with a utility bill. We will offer ongoing Bible Studies, Abstinence Campaigns, workshop and fellowship that will enhance the lives of single mothers. With strong support from the body of Christ The Galveston County Women Training Center Inc. would like to thank you in advance for your support.
