We are committed to equipping converts through Bible Study, Pastoral care and Church planting. We hope to plant Churches in many of the poorest Communities of the world. Through our Church planting activities we aim to provide a challenging environment in which believers will be encouraged to reach their full potential in Christ Jesus. We seek to inspire, equip and develop believers to discover their personal strengths, abilities and calling and obey God's will for their lives. We do this by giving them a good grounding in Biblical truth, helping them to apply Biblical principles to the contemporary world, to gain the most from Biblically based, academically stimulating and culturally relevant learning and preparing them for Christian Service.

In countries where we work we seek to nurture believers holistically, to discover their potential gifts and to mould the spiritual life of the believer through the Gospel of Christ, transforming a self centred life style into one with a world view that has Christ at the centre. Believers are encouraged to live in dependence upon the grace of God, and to live not for material possessions and temporal rewards but for a higher calling which leads to self sacrifice for the Church of Christ.
