Now Is The Time
Now is the Time Ministries was founded by Rev. J.L. Capers in March of 2001. Rev. Capers began his preaching in December of 1999. Since then he has be preaching the gospel to hundreds of hungry souls. The ministry's focus is to make an impact throughout the world not only preaching but providing necessary materials for individuals in need. This past June Capers was ordained elder in the CME Church by Senior Bishop Marshall Gilmore and appointed Associate Minister at Carter Metropolitan CME Church in Fort Worth, Texas. Capers is married to the former Angela Taylor. Together they have three children, Shavanna 14, Zaccheus 4, and Genesis 3.
