ABOUT EBONY SONSHINE

Ebony Sonshine is a Christian ministry created for the purpose of sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We assist civics groups, churches, ministries and organizations in ministering to the spiritual needs of God's people through the use of the Performing Arts. The devil is defeated as we work together to empower those who have not yet heard the Good News that Jesus is Lord! HISTORY OF EBONY SONSHINE Ebony Sonshine was started in 1992 as the family ministry of Leonard & Jinkie Corbin in the basement of their home. A caring relative donated ES's first performance puppets to them. After attending puppetry seminars, constructing a puppet stage, holding rehearsals, writing scripts and purchasing materials they received their first invitations to minister. In July 2001, ES received their first international invitation to the island of Bermuda - where ES Puppets ministered before the nation's Prime Minister. During a memorial tribute at World Trade Center, in NYC after the 9-Eleven attacks our dance ministry was filmed by a local news crew. Now years later, after leading thousands of children, youth and adults to the Lord, ESM has grown to become one the premier ministries who minister to children.
