We Take The Streets back by taking the Gospel to The Street Gang Members. "If you don't know the purpose of a product, you will abuse it". This is the motto that president and founder of Youth Action for Christ Ministry, Pastor Granderson Wright, has lived by for 20 years. What is the product? The product as seen by Pastor Wright is God's most precious commodity: the lives of people lives that would have undoubtedly fallen into the hands of some dreadful fate had it not been for this mans profound and unselfish vision. His God-inspired vision began with the purchase of one van, which he affectionately named "Soul Winner #1" in 1978 and later changed to Angel. Angel #1 has now expanded to nine additional soul-winning vans, Angels 1 through 10, and a free food truck. These eleven passenger vehicles travel throughout Los Angeles and Orange County carrying messengers of the gospel of Jesus Christ. The message is to all who will hear. The purpose of the message is to give hope to young men and women who are either perpetrators or the victims of domestic problems, gang warfare and various types of criminal activities.
