The purpose of this ministry is to promote trust, love people, enhance values, change through innovation, and guidance through fellowship based on Discipleship, Development and Direction. Mission Statement "Our mission statement is to reach youth for Christ by creating a healthy environment whereby Discipline, Character Development, and Direction are given to each child through teaching, training and relying on the Holy Spirit to empower and equip them to be productive citizens of society." Three-Dimensional Mentoring Ministry (3D's) is a nonprofit mentoring program founded in 1995 with the goal of providing male and female role models for Birmingham's inner city youth.
