Indiana One Chruch, One Child
The premiere source for family preparation for foster care and adoption. Organized in 1985, the program has remained in continuous partnership with the Indiana Division of Family and Children to increase opportunities for permanency for Indiana's waiting special needs children.
Major foci of the Program
* To inform the community who the special needs children are awaiting adoption. * Find families to adopt or provide temporary (foster care) for waiting children. * Explain current adoption or foster care licensing procedures. * To prepare and train families for foster care and/or adoptive placement. * To identify, refer and/or offer support services to families who adopt special needs children.
