The halfway house is located in Chesapeake, Virginia.
Residents receive assistance in obtaining jobs and getting involved with church and support groups
Residents with substance abuse backgrounds are referred to local community services for counseling.
Onesimus is recognized by the Virginia Department of Corrections
as an acceptable place for parolees.
Onesimus has a broad cross section of local church support.
