Shipping Ministry

The shipping deparment of the Home of Peace serves missionaries as a clearing and freight forwarding agency. 

- Documentation and Insurance:  for exporting and importing.
- Transporting:  from any point in the USA to any country in the world.
- Packing:  20'&40' containers, custom made crates and barrels.
- Warehouse:  over 7,500 square feet of storage.
- Purchasing:  major appliances - especially 220v.

Hospitality Ministry

Montgomery House clientele traditionally and presently includes missionaries from many denominations and countries; travelers wishing for a friendly place with a Christian atmosphere and tourists wishing to spend time seeing the San Francisco/Bay Area's many attractions. 

The services to the Christian community are several:

- Bed & Continental breakfast on a nightly basis.
- Accomodations for small group retreats.  Groups that have recently 
used this service have included pastoral staffs, ladies, men, youth 
and couples.  The three parlors can be used for separte meetings or 
combined for one large group.
- Transportation for guests is available to and form all Bay Area 
terminals at reasonable rates.  Fly Oakland when possible.
- These services are offered at an attractive price.
