Operation ROCK is a non-profit Christian Communinty Development Corpotation that ministers the Gospel of Jesus Christ to children and families in impoverished Memphis area communities. The hot pink mobile children's theater can be deployed anywhere in the city, but is most often seen in the public housing projects where ROCK workers give the gospel message through skits, puppets and song. Directors Dan & Sande Mills are the driving force behind the ministry as they show compassion to underprivledge families, often inviting them to live with them until they are able to "get on their feet." Another objective of OPROCK is to equip believers in Christ to go out and do the work of the ministy. Wheather they are demonstrating God's love through service in the community or laying hands on the sick for healing ROCK helps each volunteer discover their God given calling.
