About Us

We are a Bible teaching, Bible believing Church. We believe that the Bible is the Inspired Word of God. We use the King James Version and the New King James Version of the Bible because we believe that these are the only 2 English translations that used the Received Text (Textus Receptus) for the New Testament that dates back to the 1st Century AD. Pastor Ray A. Mason believes strongly in Expository Preaching, and believes that this type of preaching is in line with true Biblical preaching. We believe that salvation is by Grace through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ (Eph.2:8), and that Jesus is the only way to salvation (John 14:6 & Acts 4:12). We believe that God, before the foundation of the world, predestined certain individuals for salvation (Eph.1:4; Rom.8:29-30; Acts 13:48), and God's choice to save some was not based on ANY forseen merit or faith, but by God's free Sovereign choice. We believe that there is only One true God (Deut.6:4), and He is manifested in 3 persons. In other words, we believe in the doctrine of the Trinity. We believe in Heaven and Hell. We believe in all the basic tenets of the Christian faith, and believe in the soon coming of our Great God and Savior Jesus Christ, which is the blessed hope (Titus 2:13). We believe in the ABSOLUTE SOVEREIGNTY OF GOD, BIBLICAL PREDESTINATION, and Reformed Theology. We believe that CHRISTMAS (a.k.a CHRIST-MASS)  IS PAGAN, EASTER (a.k.a. ISH-TAR) IS PAGAN and that NEITHER ONE HAS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH JESUS. Both CHRISTMASS AND EASTER came out of the Old Testament BAAL worship system. The Bible is our rule and guide for all that we do, BELIEVE, and teach.

We also have a Women's Outreach Ministry that reaches out to the Community at large. The women minister by giving away Bibles, Religious tracts, food, clothing, and the love of God. They also meet at various times to do crafts with our young teenage girls, and Bible studies on various Women of the Bible. Our Women's Outreach Coordinator is Sister Rochelle Charlston, and can be reached at (615) 593-8434.

Voice of Truth Bible Institute

We offer a 15 month Bible institute, Voice of Truth Bible Institute. Our course cost is $50 dollars. There is also a $25 dollor non-refundable registration fee. This fee helps us to replace office and printing materials. The Bible is our main textbook. Our courses consists of 10 couses in Systematic Theology, and a course in Basic New testament Greek Word Study, Hermeneutics (Biblical Interpretation), and Homiletics (Preaching). At the completion of our programs, all graduates will receive a Diploma in Theological Studies and a RELIGIOUS Associate Degree in Biblical Subjects or a RELIGIOUS Bachelor of Theology in Biblical Studies.  For more information concerning our school, and the next class schedules, you can request a FREE catalog by writing: Voice of Truth Ministries, P.O.
