Supt. Spencer is one of the most influential Pastors known in the western Michigan and northern Indiana regions. Supt. Spencer was called to preachj at a very young age and has worked in many areas of this church including National Evangelist, District Superintendent, the Judiciary board and Executive Board member for North Central Michigan Jurisdiction. Supt. Spencer has been in the Ministry for over 50 years and still going strong. In the Community, Supt. Spencer serves as Chaplain for the Board of Health Care Providers. In today's society, we need Pastors that are willing to lead the people in the right direction. Supt. Spencer has done just that. With a Healing and Deliverance Ministry, blinded eyes have been open, cancer has been healed, deaf ears have opened, lame to walk under the leadership of Supt. Spencer. Supt.
