WELCOME Welcome to New Life Community Church of God in Christ--A Church Where New Lives Begin and Old Lives Become Testimonies. We are pleased that you are visiting us. We believe that our services will both minister to you and assist you in ministering to the Lord. New Life Community Church of God in Christ is a very caring congregation that strongly believes in reaching out beyond themselves to spread and apply the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Here you will find a warm welcome and ample opportunity to grow in your relationship with Jesus and His Church. Our worship is based on a biblical pattern and we strive to maintain an "openness" to the Lord. Our purpose - to minister in a way that will be pleasing to the Lord "decently and in order." Bearing one another's burdens" is the way to accomplish this. It is a pleasure to have you worship with us and we trust that when the service is over, you will feel welcome and will say with us… "Lord, I have loved the habitation of thine house, and the place where thy honor dwelleth." OUR MISSION
Our Motto: A Church where new lives begin, and old lives become testimonies. II Corinthians 5:17 Mission: To proclaim the Gospel to the total man, this includes the development of man, spiritually, physically, mentally, economically and socially, and to the lost to encourage them to identify with the body of Christ through the local assembly. To create an atmosphere of worship to the glory of God this includes: Praise, the Word of God, Singing and Giving, to empower and equip each believer to do true ministry for the Kingdom of God. WE BELIEVE …the Bible to be the inspired and only infallible written word of God. …that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons; God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. …in the Blessed Hope, which is the Rapture of the Church of God, which is in Christ, at his return. …that the only means of being Cleansed from sin is through repentance and faith in the precious blood of Jesus Christ. …that regeneration by the Holy Ghost is absolutely essential for personal salvation. …that the redemptive work of Christ on the cross provides healing for the human body, in answer to believing in prayer. …that the baptism of the Holy Ghost, according to Acts 2:4, is given to believers who ask for it. …in the sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a holy and separated life in this present world. ARE YOU READY? IF YOU WERE TO DIE TODAY… Do you know for certain that if you were to die today, you would go to Heaven? If you could know for sure, would you do what the Bible says? WHO IS GOOD? - ROMANS 3:10 As it is written, there is non righteous, no not one. WHO HAS SINNED? - ROMANS 3:23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God. WHERE SIN CAME FROM - ROMANS 5:12 Wherefore, as by one man, sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned. GOD'S PRICE ON SIN - ROMANS 6:23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. ROMANS 5:8 But God commandeth His love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. ROMANS 10:13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. Take God at His word and claim His promise for salvation. Bow your head right now and ask Jesus Christ to forgive your sins and save your soul. ROMANS 10:9-11 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. WILL YOU CALL UPON THE LORD NOW, AND ASK HIM TO SAVE YOU? Is there any reason why you should not accept Christ as your Savior, NOW? Not one, is there? Then bow your head and pray this prayer. "Dear God, I confess that I am a sinner. I am sorry for my sin and ask you for your mercy and forgiveness through the blood of your Son, Jesus. I believe He died for me and rose again. I now accept Him as my Savior." Now that you have accepted Christ as your Savior, will you contact us so that we may rejoice with you? We will give you some material that will help you to grow and enjoy your glorious new life. Please read these helpful scriptures. Ephesians 2:8-9, John 6:37, Luke 1:37, Mark 11:23-24.
