We are a Benedictine Community and School of Service for clergy and laity (married or single) . We are Western Rite Catholic and Benedictine in our liturgy, theology and morality. Clergy are required to be male (married or single)to be admitted. We use the "Benedictine Daily Prayer-A Short Breviary" and the "Catholic Missal" as the basis for our Mass and Daily Scripture Readings/Prayer Life. We strive to live according to a personal rule of life based on "The Rule of St. Benedict". We are part of the One, Holy, Catholic and Apostolic Church as founded upon Jesus Christ and the Apostles and maintain Apostolic Succession. If you are seeking a religious community which offers you a way to God or a return to the spiritual life (without all the politics, fighting over schismatic issues, etc.) we invite you to contact Father Robert Rawson OSB at the above telephone number or email. Becoming a Benedictine Oblate is open to all who seek the spiritual life as outlined above. Your residence and situation will remain the same as it is now. There is a one year novitiate for laity prior to making the decision for full oblature. Priest and Deacons are accepted as Priest Oblates or Diaconal Oblates upon application. Persons of other Christian denominations are invited to become part of our Community as "Companions" to the Order. Call or email Fr. Robert OSB for more information.
