With a history of 551 years (157 years in Green Bay) we stand as part of the historic reformation tradition in subscribing to the orthodox faith of the Church. That includes faith in Christ as the Lord of Life, the inclusion of all of God's people in the church through the sacrament of baptism, the understanding that salvation is an undeserved free gift from God, the intent to live a life of faith in response to that magnanimous grace, and an ecumenical understanding that we are only one part of the Church of Jesus Christ.
The East Side Moravian congregation of Green Bay is a welcoming community of Christian faith that accepts deiversity, encourages unity, and equips one another to be a visible presence of Christ by serving in the world. We are a congregation called to serving and caring; a place of community; a congregation which expresses stewardship as loving God; a people with a common dedication to evangelism; a community of active disciples; and a fellowship where worship is an opportunity to celebrate, rejoice, and praise God.
