The Vision of the church is: As the father has sent me so do i John 20:21 Before we can send out any minister, we prepare them through the ministry of the word, thats the very reason why we have the discipleship school which runs for one year, after which those who pass attend the school of ministry for another year. We have a participative kind of leadership so as train and build confidence in future leaders and ministers. We also have cells through which we nurture all Christians
